Michelle Catanzarite, MD
Dr. Michelle Catanzarite is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician who became Achievable’s Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in early 2015.Prior to joining our team, Dr. Catanzarite served as the Medical Director of Community Health Centers of Dayton. Dr Catanzarite completed medical school at University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. She has extensive experience in quality assurance, informatics and federally qualified health centers, and is positioning Achievable to become a leader in excellence in care. Dr. Catanzarite has focused her work on underserved communities and improving quality of care.
